| Tents Welcome Bring your paint brush or your fishing pole. Or just play some cards , read a book, cook out & relax. Bird watchers welcome! There is a lot to see and do in the area and we are about 35 minutes from Austin. We are located on Ten and 1/2 acres in the Bastrop Pines halfway between Bastrop & Smithville.We are about 35 miles from Austin and 35 miles from Roundtop and Warrington. Alum Creek and Toad Hollow Duck Pond provide a relaxing atmosphere under the pines. In order to ensure a secluded retreat we have limited the number of RV guests to 28 RV spots. W have a laundry and shower house and a great pavilion. You can bring your own tent for primitive camping . Enjoy the grounds, the creek and the pond, the pines and the grass. Browse the antique store and art gallery. You never know when someone will be strumming a guitar and singin'. We will loan you a book, a scrabble game, or a set of dominoes. Now that's Campin'! Toad Hollow is laid back and friendly, not one of those concrete jungles. We have a Great cabin with cable TV, kitchenette , bathroom, 2 sittin' porches. Reservations a must. Sleeps 2 to 4.
